Finding out your pet needs surgery can be scary. At St. Pete Veterinary Hospital, we’re here to assure you that your furry family member will be in excellent hands. Whether it’s a routine spay or neuter or a more complex operation, your pet will receive the utmost care and respect every step of the way.

We monitor all patients after surgery to ensure they are comfortable and pain-free.
For orthopedic procedures, we work with a traveling orthopedic surgeon. If your pet needs a surgery we can’t provide, we’ll refer you to a trusted local surgeon. We perform a wide range of soft-tissue surgeries in-house, including:
